Hi Jim, welcome to the Pherotalk forums! 😃  
For a run-down on pheromones, read through some of the ‘stickied’ threads at the top of each forum. But first, we’d love to know a little background information on you so we can help you decide what to use, or to answer any questions you might have! I’m going to assume that you haven’t ordered anything yet, so if you could kindly answer these questions - where are located, and what kind of guy are you? It’d also be good to know what you want out of pheromones, and who your 'target’s might be. Of course, if you’re interested in the more technical science-y side of pheros, you can go to the Studies & Abstracts or Pheromone Theory section of the website. Let me know if you need any help, I hope to see you around! 🙂

I am a martial arts instructor and 34 years old, father of two beautiful children and 17 years married with a beautiful woman. I search for more information about the use of pheromones.

Can you give us more? Why are you trying to use mones? What is your personality like? How is your relationship right now?

If you are looking to spice up the marriage, try TUTH. IH goes well with it. [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) would also be great. If you want to seem more dependable and alpha at home or work, try some A314. Instant shine, of course, would make people around you feeling great.
