Hello, I am a new here and I already ordered a few products. My question is how long does it take for my order to be processed and to reach me by DHL international? Thank you, R. P.S: does work +01 425-786-2001 ? Because I have called for several times and I got only a machine 🙂 ---

Hello! Welcome to the forum, I suggest you check out the “N00b Phero Boot camp” Sticky, got some excellent info on what you should be doing, how, and when. In answer to your question, order should be processed same day, or next day if you ordered late on the day, you could be looking at anything between 5 to 30 days depending upon the customs regulations of your country for delivery however. ---

Hi Cradu1 Welcome to the forum. 🙂 It depends on what you ordered. If everything you bought came from the consumer line then it should leave Androtics within a few days and then take about a week in the shipping process depending on customs. If you ordered anything from the advanced section then it will take much longer to leave Androtics because those are test products. I have waited over a month for some of the advanced products. The phone number does work but they are in the process of an expansion of the business and its a bit harder to get a hold of Jasmin. If you have a question about your order try sending her a PM here in the forum. Put your order number in the title and I am sure she will get back to you. It may take a day or two because she gets tons of PM’s Best of Luck Tisha ---

Hiya cradu All new international orders go through a verification phase where we call each international bank to verify that you’re a real person. Between that and international paperwork necessary for shipment, it takes a few extra days processing time. After the first verification, you should be fine! Anywhoo… Welcome to the forum!
