New to this pheromone stuff…a buddy suggested I give it a try (he works with the stuff and has tested it it out). I am thinking about trying IO or IH to start… Can anyone suggest these over AMMO…since it is supposed to be a balanced mix? Does this mean AMMO is sort of a mix between IO/IH/-none? A little about myself: 22yo Male, Live in NY, trying [pheromones](https://a314.com/) because I like new challenges. Also, I would like to add that I am about to graduate college, and about to enter the REAL world…eek. I figure I will try out some social mones first to get used to them…and maybe for interviews and job fairs use some -none stuff. I know devilish…but why not right? Thanks! ---

Hi Septerra - Welcome to Pherotalk. Both IO & IH are good social pheros to start with, each with distinct properties - IO promotes smooth flowing conversation, whilst IH encourages closeness, trust and bonding. However they are very different from [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/), which is a social/sexual mix. The well balanced there refers to its relative proportions of Androstenone, Androstenol and Androsterone - approx 2.5mcg of each, per spray. Which means it throws-off a healthy, confident and social/sexy vibe with without making you seem overly horny/desperate to folk you meet. When using Ammo, you would use a social to steer its effects in the appropriate direction - eg IS for happy/good to be around, IO for sexy/chatty, IH for close/meaningful interaction and IG for status/respect. To start with, it is good to find your effective dose for each phero individually and then start combining them, so if you read the sticky threads in mens on phero type and use and on how to find your sweetspot, you will be well on the way to using them effectively. 🙂 And if you can give us a bit more info about yourself, your personality and the situations you want to influence with phero use, we can maybe offer better advice and you will qualify for the GC. 🙂 ---

Thanks for the quick response mobo! Great input too…I can already tell by my hour spent on this forum and reviewing the different options that it is a friendly atmosphere with lots of potential. Also, thanks for the clarification on the balance meaning with AMMO…I am going to try out IO at work and see how it goes. Then maybe Ill make the IH purchase and fool with some different variations/levels/mixes. I work in food service…so it is already kinda of causal…but I have an interest in this girl that just started working…and I am not good at starting conversation that holds attention. Once I get used to these socials, I am actually really excited to try the -none stuff because I am an introvert most of the time..and hopefully something like a314 will make me seem more aggressive or engaged. ---

Great Septerra. 🙂 From your post, I would also suggest you consider IG - which would greatly enhance your status & authority at work. Maybe read-up on A314 oil too, it is not really a beginners phero and you do need to learn to be congruent with its subtlety but if IG proves useful, it is the logical follow-on in professional situations. Although it won’t make you seem agressive per se - confidently/competently chilled would be my summation. 🙂 Ammo is also a good none-based phero to start with and its balance means it is hard to go wrong with if you dose sensibly. If you have a girl in your sights, don’t waste too long about sending a sexual message or she may friendzone you. How about hinting that a togo of Ammo would be welcome as your free gift with your IO/IH purchase. 😉 Also read-up on congruency & behaviour to promote sexual attraction. Radman has posted great stuff. Remember that pheros are only part of the story, you need to adopt appropriate behaviours to back-up the signals they send. ---

Awesome…thanks for the advice. At first I thought of going with the A314…but I am glad that I took the time to read through the forums and get an understanding for the techniques and knowhow behind using the -none pheros. I actually just asked this girl out to dinner tonight..it was a great opportunity and I had to go for it. She was kind of set aback from it, but she blushed and smiled…then said she’ll let me know tomorrow if she can make it. I’m no expert, but I think that is a good sign 😉 Nevertheless…I will be buying some pheros once I get my paycheck and test the stuff out…I am going to start small because I feel like even after knowing someone for a month…switching on the phero-power could be a bit overwhelming. I’m gunna go check out Radman’s stuff, thanks again! ---
