I’m Kenny I’m from Redondo Beach California. I’m a male and 18 years old and a senior in high school. I heard about [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/) after my freind mentioned something about it he said that pheromones can attract women and make people respect you. Being as skeptical as I am I wanted to do a little research on my own and found this website. I’m still a little skeptical about the function of pheromones as it seems to good to be true. But it wouldn’t hurt to try I guess 🙂

I am usually a quiet person and not as social as most people. I’m usually outgoing around my friends but not around my classmates because i don’t feel very comfortable around people I don’t know. I’m a introverted person. Ive been looking in to pheromones for some time now but have procrastinated to actually get some. I find it kind of hard to approach girls because I can’t find anything to say to them. I was hoping pheromones could give me the edge to be more flirtatious and more social and change my life for the better.

Hi Kenny:

Welcome to the forum! Being a skeptic is good – There is a significant amount of research indicating that pheromones do affect moods and possibly behavior in humans, though. They do not work miracles, but they can help enhance attractiveness and respect.

Since you are a quiet introvert, I would definitely suggest instant openness and/or instant honesty. These are [social pheromones](https://a314.com/product-category/social-pheromones/) that encourage people to talk; they will work on people around you as well as yourself. They can have very obvious effects.

Ammo is one of the most popular men’s products, and instant gentleman is often recommended for younger guys. You want to be careful not to go overboard on the androstenone, as you are already producing alot of that at your age.

Hi and welcome aboard!

At your age IG and Instant Shine can really go a long way. I definitely recommend checking these two out.

Also [Instant Honesty](https://a314.com/product/instant-honesty/) and IO are great too and I would definitely recommend getting one or both.

Finally, Ammo is great, but I am unsure if it will suit you the best at your age. Its worth getting a to-go size and giving it a shot. Its “sexy” without being overtly sexual.

Be sure to snoop around the men’s section! You might pick up some great tips for both mones and social situations!

Hello, I have lived in Miami almost all my life I’m 59 years old, single. At 52 I started menapause, that’s when hell broke loose and my whole life changed…I had always been very comfortable with my sexuality with men and always had men wanting to be with me. Now I have not dated in 7 years I’ve become shy, nervous around men I can’t even imagine dating it feels uncomfortable. It’s sad that one thing could change my life completely..I would love to have a good relationship with someone one day. I just need to find my way through this..
your feedback would be great
thank you

Hi and Welcome Woodstock! I would like to say that if you are new to here - you seem to be from your wording - that you introduce yourself in a new thread that you start yourself. Just so that everyone knows you’re new and here. Your symbol under your user name indicates male, but you’re speaking like a female. Am I right in that? 😕 . . . First tho’, do this:

[How do I qualify for a $25 gift certificate?](https://pheromonetalk.com/t/how-do-i-qualify-for-a-25-gift-certificate/19934)

I’ve only been here a short time, but everyone is here to help you with advice on the mones and are happy to do so. If you go and do the post with the qualifier for the GC; everyone will offer their help (well, maybe not everyone 😃) so there is bound to be a number of people to help with the mones over menopause thing. Please don’t think I’m in any way trivialising what you’re going thru. I’m not and apologise if that’s how the above came across.

Seriously, do the GC qualifier, the wonderful peeps on the forum will definitely be by to advise and recommend; until then search the forum for relevant data - if you like - read others’ journals and take a load off your mind. You will have fun ‘here’ and most of us want you to enjoy your new experiment and discovery journey. 😉

I did not realize that I had not put some important information, like I’m a woman. LOL
my daughter recommended me to this site cause after my menopause my life has totally changed. I’ve become very shy with men I don’t seem to draw any men toward me. I have lost the urge to even date, but lately I have been feeling like it’s time for me to think about having someone in my life it would be nice to share my life with a wonderful man that has my interest. I guess to sum it up, there is life after menopause…
