Hey there, trex, welcome to the mone forum! I go by SLC sometimes during the year as well as a bit further south in Heber. Sometimes go up north to Pocatello… but… I digress… Introverted… well, it’s a difficult jump from shy to Alpha male… you’ll need to do it in steps…not only the mones, but in your personality and attitude adjustments. Mones will help in sending that signal of an extrovert, but, you need to be in step with that signal. I’d suggest IO and IG for you to start out with getting used to opening up and the IG to have that respect and leader of the pack vibe.
