Hi Guys, My names Simon, I’m an asian male, in his early 20s, living in Sydney, Australia. I stumbled across you guys by accident, actually, but got really interested in the possible effects of [pheromones](https://a314.com/shop/). There’s very little first hand investigation or reports as to the effectiveness of human pheromones around (besides all the glowing reviews here of course!) and so right now, I’m on a bit of a mission to prove to myself that these work. I’ve ordered a bunch of different ones, and I’m thinking of doing some form of double blind test. I’m trying to stay skeptical about these too, so I don’t get any placebos. If these all work as people say they do, i’ll defiantly be hooked 😛 ---

Hi Simon - Welcome to pherotalk. 🙂 Yes, we were pretty-much all sceptics to begin with and approaching mones and testing with an open mind does help the quality of evaluation and reporting TBH. I’ll hope you will be pleasantly confirmed soon though! 😃 So what have you ordered? Hey Simon! Which ones did you order? You can still get your gift voucher however for use with your next order (and you get points from the order you just made to help out next time too!). Good call on the blind testing. I’m trying to get some of that sorted myself right now actually. Thing is though - even if it partially is a placebo, if it gives you the correct results, who cares? That said, slap on some IJ and go to town. You’ll be surprised! What sort of results are you hoping for? Do you have a specific aspect of your life you’re wishing to improve? ---

Wow, quick replies! I ordered mainly the instant lines, as they seem to be the ones that would have immediately noticeable effects. I’m gonna have my friend re-label the bottles with numbers for the testing, so I don’t know which is which. In terms of what I’m hoping for, there isn’t really any specific aspect or area that I want help in. This is more of an experiment for me, but if I find they work (I’m expecting the Instant Jerk to show up most obviously if any do), I’d probably try it for work, I’m thinking something with the effects of the [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/) would do wonders when trying to talk to customers. ---

Hi simoncapon! Welcome to the forum! You’ve gotten some good direction and I see you’re being serious about the ‘blind’ testing! 🙂 The instant line is the tried and true, the reliable mones. You’ll get effects from these. I’d also suggest you take a look at more of the practical application info from the Intro to Mones by Steve O on my sig. Also, check out Tisha’s What are hits?!? Which is also on my sig below. Both will go A LONG way to get you off to a good start with your mones! I’m recording results in a journal ATM, I might post em all in a lump when the trial is over. Just got the bottles today, weird, but do you guys spray IS inside the wrapping? It smelled like it, but none of the bottles seemed to have leaked. Right now, my friend is transferring some of each of them (IS, IO, [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/), IJ) to new small pump bottles (the kind they use for perfumes) and will label them. So, we’ll start testing tomorrow. ---

Looking forward to it 🙂 Let us know how it goes. Re the smell - could have been a small leak, or it could have been a scented gift. There’s no proof it works and some people don’t think it does, but for example when I buy my gf a sexual gift I spray it with TUTH. When I send someone a letter I spritz it with IS.
