Hello all! Recently I read something about [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/shop/), after searching the web, I came across pherozone, a lot of positive reviews, but after searching the web even more, all these reviews didn’t seem so reliable. Then I found this forum, read a lot about A314, and the positive experiences people have from it, also read the introduction. I’m just looking for a good product or combination that makes the nice girls a little bit more interested in me, a little bit more excited, and wanting to hang out… I read a lot of posts from people trying out combinations, but is there some kind of starter package that matches my above description? (I already read what pheromones can and can’t do, I understand that of course, but I just described what I was want to reach, I’m a bit of a quiet person, not really in making the first move) Thank you! Hi Gregory - Welcome to Pherotalk. If you are wanting a good general social and attraction package, your best bet is Ammo - Which is a mix of the three main social,status and sexual pheros that is in good balance and can be worn (in appropriate quantities) in most situations by someone your age. Aditionally, the following socials may also be very useful to you as well: Instant Shine - Gives a happy/feelgood impression to yourself and people around you. IS is a cracking icebreaker when used along with Ammo. Instant Openness - Encourages flowing conversation and loosens your own tounge. Again, a good icebreaker alongside Ammo. [Instant Gentleman](https://a314.com/product/gentleman/) -Gives a smooth/suave status impression that is not at all overpowering. Maybe think about this instead of A314 to start with? A314 is a great phero but it does need you to work and be very congruent with it - for a new user, it canmake you seem a bit remote/standoffish. Hi GregoryE and a welcome to you the PheroTalk! Yeah, when I started looking at mones for the first time, got those glitzy web sites that seem to just want to sell you whatever they have… often with trumped up reviews. You’ve come to a great mone forum. I’ve used, I think, all of the product lines here, including the women’s… because, I was curious and my wife didn’t mind! 🙂 Starting out, you mention your quietness. Not being one to make the first move. Knowing a bit about your personality helps out in the mones you use. MC above, mentioned A314 becoming a standoffish vibe with you. The serious, Alphaness now, like a Clint Eastwood, along with your quiet demeanor will likely be seen as possibly arrogant or distant to others. I’d suggest you start out with Instant Shine for the bubbly feel good vibe, fun to be around vibe. This with [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/), which inclines you and others to open up and just communicate would be excellent ones to start out with. Though, I would also recommend some AMMO or IG for making things more interesting or exciting when others meet you. Ammo is the Sexy man vibe that you can direct to be as much or as little sexiness as you need. The IG would be a good one for being the leader of the group, respect your opinion signal to others. These mones are designed to be used by themselves. That is, you can use Instant Shine and you’ll get results. The best way to use them is individually, see what they do for you and those around you then start to combine/layer them on your skin. I mean, if you think of a drink, you can have a Coke from the fountain and it’ll taste like Coke. Now, will mixing Coke with Root Beer be good? Some may like it, some may not. Not saying mones are exactly the same, since they will normally NOT interfere with each other, just keep in mind that they are well build molecules that are tested to work as designed! Hello, Thank you for the advice, I’ll be trying [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) like you both adviced, and with a very little bit of Ammo (that 1Alpha adviced). (But maybe I have to mention, when I go out, and I’ve had some drinks, I like to party and have fun.) I’ve read that applying them to your wrists is more effective for others than behind your ears, what will mostly effect yourself, or am I wrong? Another question, Like for example I’m going to a private party, where I already know everyone, Do you suggest the same or only AMMO and IO? I’m already the quiet polite gentlemens type. There are quite a few strategies for application TBH - We all have our favourites and what works with our phero choice, situation and body language. Personally, with socials, I tend to work from the extremities inwards - So it is wrists, forearms first then back of neck and so on. None products go the other way - From the centre out, with the first spray to my throat/upper chest/neck area, then spread further - as much for the self effects as anything but if someone is getting physically close, you do want them to be getting closer to the none points - Quite a few of us have had the experience of a partner nuzzling-up to spray points in bed and you want to make full use of that property! 🙂 Again, no right or wrong though - It is what suits you best that matters. ---
