Hello All, I am a 39 year old male living in NE. Recently I learned that I have a hormonal imbalance that is similar to the adjustment the body makes during times of stress. About 10 years ago I noticed that people’s response to me had changed. Basically they began to avoid me. At the time I didn’t know what the reason was but now I do- they just don’t feel comfortable around me because even if my behavior is low stress I must be giving off stressful ‘vibes’ due to the hormonal imbalance. Thankfully this imbalance is correctable but it’s a slow process. I’m thinking of trying the [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) to see if people’s response change for the better. p.s. Welcome to the forum. Can you give any more details of the imbalance? A314 or [Instant Gentleman](https://a314.com/product/gentleman/) might also be interesting to try. the rone tends to have a sedate calming effect. Also IO and IH, or alternatively Come talk to Me. All these products contain nols in different proportioons. You are in uncharted territory, but the results of your experiments will be very interesting. ---

Yes, specifically my problem began as low thyroid. When the body doesn’t have enough thyroid hormone it has to get energy from the adrenal glands. Since the adrenal glands are only designed for ‘fight or flight’ situations the only way to get the adrenal glands to produce is for the brain to release a hormone (ACTH) which tells the adrenal glands you are in a stressful environment. This constant demand on the adrenals leads to adrenal fatigue. Which is where I am currently. It can take up to two years to recover the adrenal glands because there is no medicine for it- basically you have to let them rest and recover on their own with the help of various vitamins and prohormones. ---

My original problem was low thyroid. which places increased demand on the adrenal glands. Since the adrenals are only designed for short burst ‘fight or flight’ situations I am now in what’s called Adrenal Fatigue. I’ve been reading some posts and saw some on cortisol. Now I have no doubt my adrenals became fatigued about 10 years ago. Can’t wait for the gift certificate so I can try this stuff 🙂 ---

Hello rgl. Very interesting background you have. I’m really curious as to which [pheromone](https://pheromonelabs.com/shop/) blends will work out for you. Shine is definitely a must have. I also suggest IH or IO for your situation.
