Hello! My name is trystan, im kinda new to this whole pheromone thing but my brother’n’law got me hooked on it, he let me try some of the ammo and the IS. i was apprehensive at first but it really does work. we went to a bar close to Kansas city and it was right of the bat a couple of girls walked up to us and started flirting, usually it takes me awhile to get an ice breaker being 22 and average looking guy and barely have any game. He let me barrow some so now whenever i go anywhere i spray whatever most suits what im doing and what i want to achieve. the plan is next paycheck im defiantly stocking up. 　 Over the past 4-5 years i really wasn’t able to get any girlfriends or even be able to walk up to a female let alone have a conversation. now though i walk into a bar and it seems like they flag me down to start talking to me. Hey Scorcho, welcome to pherotalk! That’s great news man, it’s good that you’ve already started getting results! It is amazing the results that can come from the right combination of pheros. If there is anything I can suggest to you, it’s that you continue using [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) and IS since those have obviously helped you out but also don’t forget to try out some of the other products like IO and IH because they can both go great with Ammo. I also recommend you open up a journal to so you can share your experiences and also gain reporting user status. I wish you luck on your phero journey!🙂 ---

Sup Trystan, and welcome to Pherotalk! We are about the same range, so it’ll be my pleasure to help you! I was in the same boat as you, so I wanted to try this stuff out too. First and foremost, I REALLY recommend reading Mystery’s book about “The Game.” Then, I recommend you use IO, AMMO, and IS (a little AMMO, more IS and IO) to meet girls in a casual setting. I learned that it is best to keep the objective “just trying to have fun” RATHER than “trying to get girls.” BELIEVE ME, when I got this train of thought, I got MORE GIRLS talking with me at parties. Also, remember pheromones only ENHANCE what’s already there. Girls LOVE confidence (but not cockiness), so smile, have a conversation, and if/when it starts getting ‘hot,’ push her hair behind her ears, put a hand on her shoulder, whatever. If you’re a relationship dude, don’t get into anything too fast. I made this mistake (and continue to make this mistake) SO many times. If you’re interested in older girls, I recommend some A314. I’m a chemist and has been on a research as to which is really the most honest, working [pheromone](https://pheromonelabs.com/shop/) there is based similarly on “the gold standard” in medicine. I’m still collating results but if you can suggest other names, I will be much obliged. My research starters are “Scent of Eros,” “Max Attraction Gold” and “Pherazone.” Thanks. ---

Hey Trystan, change is the only constant. You have more or less experienced a changing process which benefited your life greatly and so with the others around you. Just one more suggestion… if you are on a date.. try adding [Instant Honesty](https://a314.com/product/instant-honesty/) to your current combo of AMMO and Shine.. one or two sprays on the wrists would do.. and see your date open up real fast… Instant Honesty works magic when t comes t creating a bond between people… so at your first date she would be as comfortable as at her fifth date with you 😉 ---
