Hi everyone, My name is Margarito. I am 23 years old and live in Wichita Falls, Texas. I am actually new all this but the main reason for me to use [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/shop/) is to build up my social skills. Hope to hear from all of you. Thanks! Which ones would you guys recommend if you are in an open setting like the mall or a coffee shop? Can I use this at the gym? Will it ruin the effects if I start sweating? ---

Hey there, Margarito and a warm welcome to PheroTalk! 🙂 Building your social currency is a great goal. Now, the best use of mones, IMO, is to use them in conjunction with your ‘game’. Mones will only highlight and accentuate your personality and attitudes. If you don’t show up with your ‘game’, then, mones will NOT work for you. You need to be in congruence with the mone signal you’re wearing. For a mall or coffee shop, any old time, I think, IShine is a good social mone to cut your teeth on. But, importantly, what effects do you want to have on others around you? How’d you find this site, BTW? Thanks for posting here and I’ll check in on ya later! ---

**Me personally, I look at pheromones like this. Not difficult to charm people really 🙂 You can use them in a gym, just be weary of the extra -none that you will produce when you are sweating. So don’t go overboard on products especially like IJ and TUTH. You can use mones almost everywhere to be honest, just a matter of how you look at the social situation to fine tune towards your advantage. Cheers! ---

Hi there Margarito, Thats cool that you want to use pheromones to build up your social skills.Haha,you can use most of the products pretty much anyway other than the none products.Those sometimes can be out of place in some places.Hmm,if you sweat.the pheromones will break down faster so they might not last as long.For making the girls be more open to you and want to be around you,instant shine+instant openness or instant shine+instant honesty would be good mixes.The openness mix would make them more chatty and talk about random things,instant honesty would make conversation deeper and talk about more personal things.Depends on what type of open you want.Ammo is a pretty good one to throw into either mix to help attract the girls because it will give you a sexy and cool vibe(^\_^)All the best and hope you have an awesome time testing them out and being on the forums.Catch ya later. ---
