Hello everyone. I am living in UK at the moment. I was searching google to find how to attrack woman and I found this page. If I get voucher I will try [pheromone](https://pheromonelabs.com/) and latter maybe buy one if its working 🙂 btw about me: I am white skin guy, my height is 180cm, weight is about 65 kg so I am skinny if you imagine 🙂 In my life I like to go play football or basketball with my friends or just go cinema with someone. Hi Arnas - Welcome to Pherotalk. 🙂 A little more info about yourself and the sort of situations you might be using pheros will help us offer better advice and earn you the GC. ussualy with womens for me its hard to start talk and what to talk 🙂 its hard to break the ices 😃 but latter its going much better you know 🙂 ---

I definitely think that using some IO would help to break the ic. It would help you get over your anxieties and be more talkative while others will be more inclined to chat with you! You may also be interested in getting some ammo, this could help you get women attention. But please do remember that while this stuff will help, it isn’t magic. While you use these things you need to help by yourself trying new things out of your comfort zone. If you sand by the wall and not give people a chance to talk to you the pheromones are less likely to help 🙂 ---

It usually takes them a day or so for them to email you the gift certificate.. in the meanwhile it gives you a chance to read up on everything thats available.. Was their anything that caught your interest? ---

Yes there is some I would like to try like TOGO-AMMO and TOGO-IH maybe combo them. I dont know if it would work good together 😮 ---

IH brings depth to conversations and bonding where IO encourages conversation and more quantity. I’d say if your looking to talk to more people try IO, if your looking to connect with someone you’ve already started talking to try IH. They both can be used with ammo. I’m thinking if your feeling shy, IO would help you socialize more where as if your shy with IH it may not help with your approachability. I’m just recollecting from my own experience.. 🙂 ---

and when I use IO and I break the ices with someone I should try ammo? btw you used something by self? 🙂 ---

Having 1-2 sprays of ammo would go great with a few sprays of IO. Its also useful to try them separately first so you can see how many sprays work best for you. Try one and see how things are, try two ect. You don’t want to use too much ammo, people will be irritated. ---

IO and a little [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) do go very well together. Although my preference is for Ammo/IH/IS - but what works well for me may not be best for you. Part of the fun of pheros is finding what does sit well with your body chemistry/personality. I’d say that at 22, you won’t need a great deal of Ammo but can go a bit higher on the IO and other socials. Ammo and or IO/IS would be a very good start. 🙂 ---

Thats not so bad, here in Canada when I try to buy things off ebay from the US like a cpu they try to charge 30-40$ plus brokerage fees. One time a watch I bought ended up being more then the watch… I don’t do silly things like that anymore haha ---
