I tend to be somewhat of a introvert even though when around friends im an extrovert. Hi there and welcome to Pherotalk! Best results, as you indicate below, would depend on your environment and your end result. In any event, you’ll need to have the attitude of the mone to get the most out of it. You are looking for some mones for differing settings and you got a suggested mini list above. I’d say, to start out, give IO, IShine, AMMO and IG a whirl. IO will help out in those situations that need a bit of a jump start for you. IShine will help in confidence and giving off a comfortable to be around you vibe. With AMMO, I like that it gets me a confidence to be in my own skin, sexy guy vibe here that I can play up with my attitude or tone it down. LOL, you want it all don’t you?😉 I can’t really add much to oasis and alpha’s suggestions. Get that arsenal of products and you will be set to go. I’ll just add that the socials are really great. IO makes people really chatty (which can be good or bad, depending on the situation), IH also encourages people to talk, but be more likely to deepen the conversation. IH is my favorite product. ---
