Oh yeah,almost forgot.Your pretty young so your testosterone/androstenone levels will probably still be pretty high so would be more careful with the dosage of the none products like ammo and tuth.Would definitely start with 1 spray and use the sweet spot method to find the correct dosage for you(^\_^)Can check out the link below to find out how but its pretty much trying 1 spray for a few days then upping it till you find what works best for you.
