Hey guys I’m in my mid 20’s, male, living in east Ontario, Canada. I’m a phycology student and I’m interested in self improvement.

I’m curious however skeptical to find out more about [pheromones](https://a314.com/) and how they can improve my social life.

To help with your social life you should look into the [social pheromones](https://a314.com/product-category/social-pheromones/).

The main ones are IS, IO, and IH

IS helps put people in a good mood  
IO helps people open out of their “shell”  
and IH helps people open up and be very honest

How did you learn about pheromones, and specifically this forum??

google, I was reading a phyc paper and it talked about pheromones, so I google it 😛

The social products are products like :

shine  
openness  
honesty

You are a bit tongue tied and not telling us much so we know you are here for your social life but that can be interpreted many ways.

either way to get a good feel for what these products do I suggest you start with the socials and a product like [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) for a confidence boast.
