I’m Eric I’m an 18 year old male from California, I have always been interested in [pheromone sprays](https://a314.com/product-category/spray-pheromones/) because I’m one of those people who don’t believe everything they see on the internet. I always want to experience something first hand before i dismiss it as a scam or legit. The products i’m currently looking at is either TUtH or AMMO and i was wondering what you guys would recommend for someone who is my age. ---

Hello Eric, welcome to the forums! You are young, so I would try to stay away from too many sexual products as they contain “-none” which is a sexual pheromone, that you likely produce a lot of normally. You need to tell us your goals with [pheromones](https://a314.com/shop/), your personality type, are you shy, outgoing, etc, and from there we can try to point you towards what will help you the most. I’m actually both shy and outgoing. For the first 10-20 minutes at a party or club I’m fairly quiet to get a gauge on my surroundings but after that I’m usually having conversations with just about any one there and usually walk away with at least one girls number. Even though I am out going enough I do second guess my self sometimes which has ruined my chances with girls and i guess I’m looking for some kind of confidence booster and a girl approaching me for a change. 🙂 ---

Hi Eric, welcome to the forum! And thanks for the info! As MikeMan said, Ammo and TUTH are not recommended at your age, as you are making so many of your own sexual pheromones, any more would scare the girls away. Maybe you could use Ammo, but just a drop would be plenty. Besides the sex appeal boost, Ammo does also help with confidence as well.
