Hey! For starters tell us more about yourself. What we can recommend really depends on your personality and where your looking to have help. Like at work or social gatherings? In a relationship?

To help with more female attention when going out check out ammo, once your doing something one on one with someone and want to build a connection with them try IH and IS. This should help you build a positive and trusting image people gravitate towards. TUTH is more for in the bedroom if your thinking that route.
