I’m a male in my mid thirties. I live in Wisconsin and just went through a break up that I didn’t see coming. My whole life I have been a happy-go-lucky person that always had a smile on my face. I never really thought of myself as a good looking or sexy man but when I think back I have always had super hot girlfriends. Lately I have not been my smiley self and I’m not happy about it. I have a feeling trying [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) might give me a feeling who I used to be and kick my butt back into gear. Hello and welcome to the forum. Sorry to hear about the break-up but glad to hear that you are not rolling over and just quiting. Looks like you have been doing some reading and know what you want. Ammo is a good all around product with just enough 'none to let the ladies know you are interested. And Instant shine helps make the people around you feel happy. And happy people are talkative people. If you have just a little trouble breaking then maybe consider [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/). Thanks for the quick reply. I am usually a pretty social person but lately I just feel sort of gloomy and don’t leave the house much except to go to work. Being that it is close to new years I am considering doing a self re-invention and maybe [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/) would be a good addition. ---

Hi crowe and welcome to the mone forum! You’ve garnered the attention of THE Bosshank… a mone guru around these parts. Some excellent advice, as usual. For the gloominess, mones may also give you self effects, so as an example, AMMO will get me a feeling of confident and comfortable to be in my own skin. So, one thing that I’d suggest beside the bosshank’s suggestions, is IShine which will helps me get in a lighter, happier mood. Let us know what you did to reinvent… and how it worked out! AMMO and Shine and IO as suggested by bosshank and 1Alpha are good options to get back into the dating scene. For my reinvention I am planning on getting back into diet and exercise. I plan on doing another round of the Master Cleanse. I did it a couple of years ago and it was amazing, I felt great while doing it and for months after completion. Only did 9 days but lost 19lbs on the cleanse and another 25 or so in the month after. Kind of thinking about trying p90x after the cleanse to give me a good jump start into getting my beach body. Looks like I will be placing an order for Ammunition, Shine, IO, and A314 shortly. Anybody have any ideas what else I should add here to get the GC? ---

IShine is a very versatile mone. It’s the first one I tried when I started testing out mones. You can take a look at how that went on the link on my sig below. I also suggest that you read up on the Intro to mones as well as how to know what are hits by Tisha, also on my sig below. At the very least look through those two threads to help you better utilize the AMMO and IShine that you get. ---

We all been there at some point but life’s rich tapestry is one long learning curve. Glad you’re dusting yourself off and looking for ways to boost your self esteem. Mones certainly will help. Have you read about SAD syndrome, seasonal affective disorder? Basically it is a serotonin/dopamine condition exacerbated by lack of sunlight. I guess if you’re state side that might not be such an issue for you like us hobbits in blighty. The guys are steering you in the right direction. Shine **always** puts a smile on my face the self effects are just as good as the effects on others. As for male mones, I have breasts therefore can not comment 😃 ---
