😛 **howdy everyone !** welll im here to test these [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/) out for myself . . . . i’ll give anything a shot once 😃 im 18 . . . from the UK . . .and male . . . the _essentials_ ?! someone help me pleasee what are they ? soo many choices on what to buy 🙂 any help would be appreciated guys 😕 😃 peace out ! x !

Well it all depends on what your looking to accomplish.

For social interaction there is

For a sexy edge there is

I would suggest you start with something for social interaction like Shine and get something like Ammo which is a nice all round product and is said to work well in your age group.

Read all the stickies at the top of the mens forum. They are great and will really help you decide what you want.

Jas will be around sooner or later with the GC’s Things have been really busy there.

Yes, try the bootcamp, it really helps to understand pheromones…

i recently bough A314 and IS, would try some androstenol based products in the future..😉
