Hi, my name is Jonathan, I’m Chinese, and I live in Southern California. I’m currently a sophomore in high school and first heard about [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/shop/) on basenotes, a cologne/perfume forum. When I first read about it, my first reaction was NO WAY! this is too good to be true. Having just taken Biology and learned what pheromones do to insects I was instantly excited. I did a bunch of research and learned a lot about this “hobby”. I’m a quiet person and I’m more on the mature side. I prefer thinking and pondering before actually doing something. I haven’t bought pheromones yet, but I’m planning to do so in the next few weeks. I still don’t know which ones to buy but that decision will be made very soon! I just recently became very awkward with a girl that I considered as my best friend so I hope pheromones will help me talk to her more or maybe even get into a relationship. Any help would be nice. Hey there Johnathan! Welcome to the forums! You sound a bit like me when I first heard about this site, I ended up doing about two months or research and reading everything I could before I signed up here and then read quite a bit more before posting and subsequently purchasing. I hve a question for you, if you dont mind. You mentioned that you are a quiet pondering person who prefers thinking abou things before doing them, do you like like this trait about yourself? To me it sounds like you may end up over thinking certain social situations. Pheromones can definitely help you in social relationships as well getting into actual relationships. You may want to take a look at IG and IO or IH. IG is a higher status mone, yet it does not come off as harsh and intimidating as A314 can. IH and IO on the other hand are sort of like twins. IO can increase conversation and make those around you more social, while IH can help to increase the depth of conversation and build deeper rapport. I think the combination of IG and IH would work perfectly for you, or at least give you a great starting off point. Also if you dont mind me asking, how old are you? ---

Hello Jonathan and wlecome to the forum. The first thing you need to realize is that in humans pehros do not work like they do in insects. For people they are more like subtle whispers that can help grease the skids for you if you work it right. But in the end the real work will still be up to you. At your age I would stick to the social products: IO, IH and IShine. Tacarov bascially explained these to you. Ishine which he did not mention helps people feel happy to be around you. You could also consider using the IG as a base product. IG will give you a cool, smooth vibe that can make you seem older as a result. And seeming older can help open the dating pool a little and may help some with your female friend. I would not go for TUTH or A314 right now and ammo is questionable. Hope this helps some. ---

I’m 15. And if I can only get 3 of them, which ones would you recommend? And I sometimes over think things according to my friends. A lot of times I would think about what to say to someone and try to guess their reaction or reply. I’m right 0% of the time -\_- ---

I prefer IH to IO when I am mixing it with IG. That is just me though, you may find IO more useful to you.
