Based on your age, I think IG IS and IH would be best for you. I prefer IH to IO when I am mixing it with IG. That is just me though, you may find IO more useful to you. Take a look[at this thread](https://pheromonetalk.com/t/personal-thoughts-on-mones-1alphas-ramblings/53580), it may shed some light on the issue.
