I’ve always found that A314 goes down very well around politicians and that has included a minister from an ex-Soviet republic. Possibly the scariest and most in-control politico I’ve ever worked with! And I would say to go for the oil - Its subtlety in effect and longevity are very important factors in helping it create the right impression. I can further complement it with a little IH, which does help increase the trust/bonding factor but I tend to find that better in more social/public company. When the real work is needing done, its the A314 I rely on. 🙂 Now, I’m afraid Russia is another country that AD does have problems delivering to.
