Hello Everyone, My name is Joe and I just turned 21, and I recently stumbles upon the pheromone craze that some of my friends have been talking about. I suppose i should start with a bit of backround! I guess you could say i was a “beta”, or The classic Nice Guy. Rather than being rude, loud, and just generally obnoxious, I had a brain when I was growing up, so I used it. I despised the classic “jock” types, yet they always got the girls they wanted. Where-as i just seemed to chase love. And in the wrong places, i might add. I worked hard, Lost ALOT of weight (75 lbs, down to 175), got all the muscle and tone built (325 bench, 550 dead-lift), stopped being shy, and just got OUT THERE. So I at least believed that i had the braun at last, with the brains. However, i still have little-to-no confidence. So, When i stumbled upon this site, i got excited at the prospect of finding a “Boost” to get me going. I did some research, and have been coming several places for about 2 weeks. This place is by far the best! Now, I know that for a new user, it will be able to mistake the new found attention that the phero’s may bring, for something else. But just knowing i can go out there and do something, will help in so many ways. Now, my objective, is just to attract women’s attention, and get some play. I have “game” so to speak, but It’s a long thing. Just need a boost/accelerant. Never went through the chase-tail everywhere phase, may as well start now while i can. Looked into a [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) + [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) + [Turn Up The Heat](https://a314.com/product/turn-up-the-heat-tuth/) combo in the slightly more advanced mixer threads. But i would keep it simple and spray them seperately at the same time, rather than actually mix. I’ve always been the “Jump in and try it” type, and i fix things quickly along the way, But Should i keep it more simple? Any help would be appreciated. Hi there Joe, Its fine to be the nice guy,thats a good personality trait as long as you have confidence in yourself(^\_^) You sound really muscular and your numbers for the deadlift and bench are really good.Dont think i will get close to them anytime soon(:-p)Since you want to get some womens attention,ammo+instant shine would probably be all you need.Dont think you will really need turn up the heat and at your age and that much muscle,think it would be fairly easy to od on androstenone. Haha,people dont actually mix them up together,they just layer the different [pheromones](https://a314.com/shop/) so you dont have to worry about mixing.Just spray them separately at the same time like you said.That mix is pretty simple but might start a bit lower on the dosage of ammo.If you find you od even on 1 spray,instant gentleman may be a better bet for you.Haha,as you can guess.Youll still need to work on your confidence separately a bit but the pheromones will make it easier to get there.All the best and looking forward to hearing how it goes for you(^\_^)Dont hesitate to ask if theres anything you want to know. ---

Hello Joe and welcome to the forum. Ideally the best way to try these products is to try them one at a time, starting with one spray for a few days. Then bump it up to two and so on until you see the results you are looking for. If you do get the TUTH be sure to buffer it with the IShine. TUTH has a very raw sexual message that is strong enough it can often chasegirls away as easily as attract them. Using the Ishine will not lower the sexual message but will make it seem friendlier. [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) is for general social or work. Do NOT wear TUTH to work, buffered with IShine or not. Really. Good luck and let us know what you decide to do. ---

Welcome to pherotalk Only1fear! I think you hit the nail on the head with Ammunition and Shine for your first purchase and with your situation. I would add some IO to ease you into conversations. However, the tuth you may want to hold of on until you get to know what these products can do but remembering the advice the guys gave if you want to purchase on your 2nd order _ **Your gc was issued!** _
