Hi there - looking forward to contributing and learning from this forum 🙂 Mid 20s - Male - from Vancouver BC - Interested in mones that will help me advance in professional and social settings - would like to learn more about what has worked best for people at work vs. what has worked as a casual lounge on the weekend.. guess there is lots of catching up to do ---

Havent really used mones at work but instant gentleman is a pretty good one for that from what ive tried of it.Gives a vibe that your reliable and know what your doing without stepping on anyones toes.You could also try A314 if you want but i havent tried it.From what ive heard,you should probably buffer it with something like instant honesty or instant shine if you get it to avoid it being intimidating though. For going out casually,ammo is pretty good and is awesome for dates or clubs.I use it pretty regularly with my girlfriend.Hows your personality like also?If your a bit shy,then instant openness could help because it makes people chatty so social meetings become easier.Also makes it easier to open a girl,since conversation will start and flow easier.Haha,definitely a lot of things around to read here. The journals section in particular is awesome for reading about what other people get while testing.All the best and dont hesitate to ask if theres anything you would like to know.(^\_^) ---

Hello and welcome ot the forum. The other pieces of the puzzle that help deal with you - what kind of personality do you have and what is your ethnicity? That being said my favorite work combination is A314 & IH. A314 gives you a very alpha male vibe and the IH helps people feel very connected to you. Then as has been mentioned you can go with [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) for the eveing. In fact, if you can carry off the A314 well at work then Ammo & A314 is a great combination at night. There is a thread in my signature block that talks about this combination. Take a look at everything and let us know what you think. ---

I can’t speak highly enough of IH for deepening connections, and I save my precious for difficult clients. Not used it socially as yet, as I have only got the togo’s and am waiting for a reup and the price to drop before grabbing a 30ml. The guys have given you some solid suggestions for social events ( I think that’s what you meant by casual lounge?) Try sweet spot testing [How to find your sweet spot...](https://pheromonetalk.com/t/how-to-find-your-sweet-spot/22146) and go from there. And if you can start a journal and keep us posted of your adventures, that would be cool 🙂 ---
