Ok we are about the same age. I take it you are trying to get out and just meet people and women in particular. First thing is to keep telling yourself that you are a good person no matter what the ex said. I have had a lot of friends go through divorce and I know it is painful and leaves you with a lot of self-doubts. Read through the threads that I have started - start with the ones in my signature block. Then move on and do a search for my threads under my user name. I was going to say almost exactly what Boss said, but he said it much better…Those are some great products to start with, in fact that’s pretty much what I started out with and still use them to this day…I’ve always had some shyness issues, but I feel the [pheromones](https://a314.com/) make me more approachable and give me the confidence to put that shyness behind me… ---
