I am 36 year old female. I am in Texas. I have decided to try [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/) because dating has come to an halt for me. I have a few questions. 1. Do they really work? 2. Will it backfire? ---

Hi there JW, Pheromones. They can work, they can work very well & yes they can backfire. If you start off with the social mones, like IS, IH & IO, it is very unlikely that you’ll experimence any negative effects. [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) is probably one of the safest and most effective products to try first, it just creats a happy cheerful vibe for you and those around you, nothing heavy, just good vibes. What do you think has made your dating come to a halt? ---

Hello and welcome to Pherotalk. I was completely skeptical at first, but I did my research and finally made an order. They do work, but it’s not magic. From my perspective they really help break down barriers between people and they certainly give you a huge confidence boost. I do not get out much and when I do it just to go to work, or the store, etc. Just thinking I need to make the most out of the time I am out. If I am not responding right let me know. Welcome to the forum. Mones will help, though, as you indicate, you do need to be out and interacting with others for dating. Beyond the work and store routine. Though the IShine indicates on the store that it’s men’s, it is a Unisex product. As 1Alpha says, you propably do need to get out and about to initiate some interaction, unless you have some potential dating targets at work or the store. When you do go out though some of the social phero mixes (IS, IO, IH) will make it that bit easier and lubricate the social flow.
