Hey everyone! My names Alex, Im 19 and fresh out of a relationship so I can finally give [pheromones](https://a314.com/) a go! I’ve always wanted to try them out to see if they work and I finally have a chance. Im a pretty open, outgoing guy and have no problems walking up to a random person and just striking up a conversation (or, well, at least _trying_ to start a conversation 😛) I also have a lean to athletic build that Im working on building if that effects anything. I’ll be testing the different products I get in a few locations: Within a month I start dance classes. The classes are about 20-30 people in size and I’ve been told they are about 90% females 18-25 yo. In the fall I start college again so there are two areas to test here, the college classes and of course, the college parties. I don’t know if the classroom will be a good place (Although I am taking a female pyschology class where I’m one of only two guys) but the party scene should be a great place. Ill be using the products primarily to have fun or encourage the chance relationship, but primarily the former. For this purpose I was thinking of starting with Ammo and TUTH (both regular str); will those be a good starting point or would you recommend something else? I should also note that my primary colognes are Gucci Guilty Intense and Calvin Klein Obsession, are these ok for putting over top of the sprays or are they not needed? I don’t want to hinder any effect of the pheromones so if I shouldn’t be wearing any cologne just let me know. ---

HEllo and welcome to pherotalk. This is the [best pheromone](https://a314.com/shop/) community around. You seem to be a good looking guy with a good personality. Confidence doesn’t seem to be a problem for you. As a new user it’s always best to keep things simple and go from there. I would recommend Ammo and Instant Shine. TUTH can be overly sexual and turn some women off. It is good to use while in a relationship to spice things up. I’ve also had luck using it for latina women. Ammo will give you that sexual confident vibe. IS will put you in a great mood. I started with this combo, 2 sprays of each and had luck almost immediately. Welcome! You are very lucky, you have come to the right place from the start. Androtics has some of the best purest products and you will be very pleased if you find something that suites you particularly well. One thing that I do want to mention, is that you are looking at 2 products that I personally started out with myself. [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) and Tuth are excellent products, BUT, and thats a big but, they are quite none heavy products and you are 19 yo who is probably heavy none already. I am especially talking about Tuth. I think you might enjoy yourself IO, IH or IS more since it will brighten up your mood and increase your social status. I would definitely recommend Ammo but start light and add a couple of sprays of instants. It’s your choice on how you want to steer your mix with a lot lower chances of OD. ---

Welcome Alex. Ammo is a great start but if you have no problems walking up to and talking to people, do be aware that TUTH will be like doing that with your cock-out! TUTH is a very overt sexual phero, mainly designed for use with an established partner. It can be of some use in more raunchy places where inhibitions are lowered. Clubs or parties are fine - esp when moderated with IO but don’t wear it to work, class or anywhere remotely sedate. All that is likely to happen there is that you will get people’s backs-up or be taken as aggressive, overly horny or just plain creepy. Ammo is far better here and when used alongside more social mones like IO and IH or the feelgood IS, really helps open-up interest in all the right ways. ---

Ok, Well then instead of the Ammo / TUTH I’ll go for Ammo / IS. Would you recommend wearing any more than 1 of the instants or would layering IS with IO / IH be unadvisable? ---

IS goes great with just about any phero/situation - It is probably the most all-round mix AD sells. Seriously - think on getting a 30ml as it will probably be the phero you use most of. Ammo and IS is one of the best and most consistent basic attraction mixes there is and personally, I prefer IH/IS over IO - its a quality over quantity thing - IO is a great icebreaker but it can unleash a torrent of drivel whilst IS/IH is still very open/playful but more to the point. However IO is a good moderator for the likes of TUTH, so I keep some for those times. It is fine to wear several pheros together but more generally it is an idea to start with them individually till you get an idea of dose and how each works for you. Also, too many products at once can make for a confusing and over complex signal and individual pheros can get lost/overmoderated in the mix - eg Ammo/IO/IH will be predominantly nols, so you stand a good chance of losing the none/rone effects under the disproportionate dose. Sticking to two products with maybe IS as the extra is probably the best way to start off. ---

Ill start with IS and Ammo then. Im assuming that I can wear IS for everyday events (social events) and that Ammo should be reserved for parties, dance classes ect? ---

IS is fine for whenever…I often wear 1 spray of Ammo to everyday events as well. ---

Because of its balanced nature, Ammo is actually fine for class/daywear and more polite socials as well, esp alongside IS - just you maybe need a smaller dose. It projects an all round sexy/social/interesting vibe that is not overpoweringly horny/aggressive etc. You could wear that, then either up the dose or add-in TUTH when you hit the clubs/more uninhibited situations. ---
