Hi I’m a 23 yr old female from the UK.. Only just discovering pheromones but hoping to try them out very soon! There’s so much information on this forum and I’m beginning to get a good idea of what I’m after. I’m thinking [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) is a pretty good place to start, and might order some Instant Sexiness B to give me a boost on a night out. So tempted to order more but must think of the bank balance!!!

I’m looking to use the pheromones to give me that extra boost of confidence (particularly with guys!) I am a very open, friendly and happy person but think I need that extra edge 🙂

I have a few questions!

1. Is it easy to become very reliant on pheromones?

2. The pheromones I have mentioned above, are they a good start and what kind of initial dosage would you recommend for each?

Thanks for any help, Amy

Hello and welcome to the forum!

You’ll find a lot of information in these forums 🙂 You sound like a person who would produce a lot of [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) on your own 😉 So yes, I think It would suit well with your personality. Instant sexiness sounds good aswell.

It is good to start with one spray and see what kind of results it gives. Then add more sprays until you find best dosage.
Good luck!

Moko

Thank you for the welcome.

I suppose that yes [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) is very well matched to my personality. I manage a very busy and often stressful workplace where we can deal with awkward and/or rude customers (when will people learn!) which in turn can cause the staff to feel disheartened. I’m hoping that a little Instant Shine will work wonders to boost morale and create a more positive atmosphere. We will see! 🙂 I’m excited to see the results.

Hi Amy,

Here are your answers:

It is very easy to become addicted to pheromones. Not because of what it does to you but because of how they affect others. Pheromone use can go from being a tool to a social crutch. Some members will not go outside unless they have some pheromones on.

The pheromones that you mentioned are a good start. There is probably no pheromone as inoffensive as [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/). No one seems to react badly to Instant Shine. As far as dosage, use this post to find your “sweet spot”:

You’ll want to understand how each product works so that you can get the most “bang” for your buck. I put this guide together, quite some time ago, but revised it so it’s more current. Just remember with the socials you really can’t OD (Bad experience) with them. Products like IShine, IO, IH, CTTM, are all designed to …

Thanks, I was just curious about this really. I don’t want to become too reliant but see them as a nice confidence boost every so often! 🙂

Welcome Apr,

I have to respectfully disagree with paradox since [pheromones](https://a314.com/) don’t have any addictive molecules in them like say coffee or soda while its true you can get addicted on the effects you have it all depends on the individual.

Some persons are very much consumers and they get attached to any and everything that makes life easier or better or just what makes them feel good.

I don’t desire or urge for pheromones and sometimes forget I have them

I have even been told of some ppl that when they got the boast they needed from mones and it made them realize what the potential they already had they just gave it up.

Some just like experimenting for the fun of it but no addiction there

Yes, great product start and here is a link you might want to read in addition to those in my signature
