Hi my name is Morgan and I am 25 yrs old. I am wondering what these [pheromones](https://a314.com/) can do for me. I want to be more confident and witty when I am outside of my comfort zone. I recently had a job interview and I feel like I was so nervous nothing I wanted to say actually came out. Also I need a pheromone to not only effect how i feel about me but others perceptions. In my current job I supervise workers that are twice my age. Some of my coworkers are resentful of my past education and work experience that has put me over them at work. I feel like they try to test me and see what they can get away with. The other supervisors talk behind my back and try to set me up to fail since I am still new to the job. Any ideas on pheromones? Iam thinking instant sexiness A or B. Whats the difference?? Any other suggestions? ---

I believe A is probably more of an alpha type of product. It gives you confidence makes you feel sexy. B gives you this sweet next door girl vibe. Hey there Morgan, welcome to the mone forum, PheroTalk! I’d suggest a few to try out. For overcoming nervousness, though the others may help as well, I’d point you to IO. It’s known as the Ice Breaker mone and can help you get bubbly with convo’s as well as those around you communicating. For a supervisory position, between the IS/a and IS/b, I’d suggest IS/a. Though, are those you’re around mostly women? IS/a is a bit of a sexy Angelina Jolie, but Tough as nails as well. IS/b is a bit more of a sexy kittenish vibe. Thanks for the other suggestions. I think I will read a little more about [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/) it sounds like what I am looking for. Most of the people that work under me are older men 50 yrs old and up. All the other supervisors are older females. I wonder if there is something that gives the vibe of authority minus the extra sex appeal. I already have to deal with correcting gentlemen on the flirty way they speak to me and I was told that its the reason the other female supervisors resent me. I want to give off the vibe “respect her because she is a good person” not “omg the boss is hot” . I read a psychology article that talked about the effects of pheromones and decided to do some online research. I did a google search and I came across this site. After joining and reading the numerous forums I was convinced to try this. ---

Though A314 is designed for male application, some experienced gals on the board have used it to give a similar RESPECT me vibe along with buffering it with socials like IShine or IO. You may want to try that out as well. A314 isn’t naturally inclined to sexy.
