Hi, I’m 25 male currently living in California. I was watching a netflix show about pheromones and I wanted to find out more about it. I’m generally shy and I find that hard sometime to go out and meet people, even just for a casual conversation. I enjoy working out and eating healthy, when I’m not working, I usually go for a run. I’m quite new to the forum and to pheromones. I find a lot of posts on here useful (so much more I want to read! lol) I guess I’m a bit confused about the putative series, and the implications for each number. Perhaps there’s a place that explains that but I haven’t found out yet. Looking forward to making my very first [pheromone product](https://a314.com/shop/)! ---

Hey there xrk12, welcome! What was the show you were watching, I’m curious. Definitely lots to read, but look at the putatives after you get the hang of the instant line. Putative arn’t guaranteed to work and usualy have subtle results. They are the building blocks/ingredients of the instant and mx lines. They are meant to be tested and see what they do for you when you graduate to them. 🙂 If your shy I’d recommend you take a look at IO and IS. Firstly to help yourself and other to open up and talk more and IS to help put yourself and others in a positive mind frame. Both will help you be more approachable. You may also want to take a look at ammo, its more of a social attractant that goes very well with IS. But this would be more for night time outings and parties, if you plan to use them there. Hey there, xrk. Welcome to the mone forum, PheroTalk! I won’t hold that against you, don’t worry. That is, that you’re from the left Coast. 😉 Good times to be had, fun in the sun. 😃 Now, to get you out of your ‘generally’ shy shell, I’d recommend a couple of routes. For just having others bubble forth in convo’s, IO with it’s close associate, IShine would be excellent. I’ve seen how, in self effects, IO is some good stuff, just getting me all talky talky. Now, the IShine does help with feelings of comfortable to be around you on others, and this also gives a bit of a bump in self confidence. This confidence bump may be enough to ‘handle’ the gusher of communications that IO brings out. I can see that also building up confidence in yourself would be helpful for your social interactions. A couple of mones may be a bit better for that purpose, IME, would be IG or the more sexy confident male vibe of AMMO. These in combo with IO and IShine will likely help you get out and just talk to others. Don’t worry about it. Most people don’t bite, at least in the time that I’ve dealt with them! 😉 The P’s are research molecules that may or may not have a mone like reaction. So, they are for testing purposes. Many are VERY useful, though, for starters, they don’t come with a money back guarantee and may not give you the reactions that you read with some other posters. It may be totally different. The commercial line are pretty spot on in reactions from others and suggest you keep on that road… for now! 🙂 Where do you want to use your mones and around whom? 1Alpha . ---

Hey thanks guys, for the warm welcome 🙂 TwistedOstrich, the show I was talking about is called the science of sex appeal, it’s a really good documentary movie, you should definitely check it out 😃 1Alpha, I am thinking about either getting either the IO or IS and [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/). Does IS helps to get me and others open up as well or that’s only IO? Since there’s a lot of mixing and combining, am I going to smell like a walking bottle of cologne? lol Mickaelia, thanks for the gc, I think I will find that useful very soon 🆒 ---

Once it dies down, a few minutes or so, you will hardly notice it. Either IO or IShine will help you out, though, YOU will need to do the work or smiling openly and naturally to others to know that YOU are interested in what they’re saying. IO will bring that out easier, with that attitude that you show, than IShine, though, I’ve seen some talkin’ inclination from others with ‘just’ IShine. Of course, along with my attitude. 🙂
