Hi, I am a 24 year old male from Chicago. I have never used [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/shop/) before but have friends that dabble with them. I am looking to attract females around my age. Looking for something that gives that sexy vibe. I’m thinking of trying ammo and or IS. Was wondering if there are pheromones that give strong feel good self effects? Thanks ---

Hello and welcome to the forum! Ammo is definedly good for attracting girls. It should give you some confidence aswell. [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) is also one of my favourite products. Anyway, could you tell us a bit of your personality? Are you talkative or more of a quiet one? outgoing or not so much? This helps us when giving suggestions about the products. Moko ---

I would suggest Ammo and [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/).🙂 You can use them alone or combine together. Usually it is best to start with one spray and see what kind of results you get. Then add more sprays if needed. Moko ---

Hey there, welcome to the mone forum. Yes, IShine and AMMO are a great combo. Though, if you’re a bit on the quiet side, IO would be a better fit, IMO. It’ll get others Just opening up to you about anything. Though, IShine _can_ have that effect, IO will get you there MUCH faster. How’d you find this site, BTW? 1Alpha ---
