# Hello

24,M,shy introverted grad student in physical sciences. 5’6 tall making it harder for me to ask out someone. I do work out but nobody even notices me with all the Goliath’s around me. Even the bar scenario sucks with the ladies complaining regarding the height department. Although I can handle intellectual/philosophical conversations for a while but not many ladies dig this. I am curious to try some mones in the Gym, during tutoring, bars, maybe bus stops!. I have no evil intentions or plans to sexually exploit if this works. All I am looking for is some attention from ladies towards me since i lack the courage to go upto them and to sustain their interest on me and see where it goes. I just hope the ladies come running to me and let’s see where it leads to.

Hi,

[pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/) certainly can get you more attention, but you will still need to build some courage up to initiate conversations, because they won’t “come running” too often. And if they do (which may happen sometimes), you will need to respond confidently and openly. Pheromones send a certain signal (depending on which pheromone molecules are used in the mix), and you need to be congruent with that signal, otherwise people get confused and can avoid you. Just because they got mixed signals. Some pheromones suggest confidence and authority for instance, and someone who is visibly shy won’t find much use for them.  
Read up some sticky threads in this part of the forum as well as in Men’s section, you’ll get a grasp what to look for and what to expect. I’m sure you’ll find something for yourself.

Welcome Gyro,

You really need to believe in yourself and realize we are all different.

You have a lot to offer and if you can’t realize that before the pheromones and start that journey then the mones will not do much for you.

Confidence is key!

Ammo ----\> For that confidence boast and to give of that strong, masculine vibe

IG ----\> You will seem like the cool , mysterious dude and it will also give of that vibe that you are mature and dependable
