I’m an Asian American male in my mid-thirties, live in the midwest. Just found the website through researching about [pheromones](https://a314.com/shop/). I’m trying to improve my social life more, and I thought… why not? I’m generally shy, so maybe this will help to get me a little more outgoing.  
I hope to get more pointers and advice from you all.

In terms of social life, it’s ranging from having better conversation with others in general as well as in more romantic setting. Convo with girls is not my strong suit. 🙂

I tried using [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) + IS this past few days, but so far I haven’t seen any difference yet.

Welcome Taz,

You do want to keep in mind that pheromones won’t do all the work for you.

If you want to be more open and get out of your shell spraying mones and standing in a corner is not gonna work

Pheromones bring out what is already there and give you that extra push , in some cases enhance what is already inside

So use pheromones as the tool it is to get you were you want to be socially.

I suggest starting a journal which will help you and others to follow your progress and give you some valuable feedback
