Hi all, my name is Tony. I am 34 male and currently live in CT (~30mins from NYC). I have heard and tried few pheromones but still have not find a good result. I am looking for a pheromone for work since I have just changed my job and trying to get into new work environment (project leader). I would like to purchase A314 but it is quite expensive. So, I would like to know weather the A314 is really work and worth it? What is the difference for A314 Oil, A314 (1.29A), and A314 (1.29B)? Would [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) or Instant Gentlemen also be use as substitute of A314? Please advice. Thank you in advance. Tony ---

Hello Tony, welcome to the forum! A314 is absolutely worth it! It is the best social status pheromone mix on the market, in my opinion. The oil version is much longer lasting, and even though it costs more initially, you get many more applications from the bottle, making it a better deal in the long run. Some have used [Instant Gentleman](https://a314.com/product/gentleman/) as a substitute, but it is not the same. There is no difference other than dose between the sprays, the /b version is dosed to be closer to the oil in impact, spray for spray. It is the one to try if you are considering buying the oil. However, no spray can match oil for subtlety in effect and longevity on the skin, which is what makes it most efficient and cost effective in the long run. At a typical work day dose, lasting 8-10hrs per application, a bottle of oil will last you several months, compared to 40 sprays lasting 6hrs max per bottle. Saying that, the greater impact an presence of the /a spray does make it more useful in situations where you need most impact, fast - dating is one and I keep a bottle handy to reinforce my oil application in certain situations at work. Is and IG are no substitute for A314 at all, although both are good in their own right. IS goes very well with A314 in team situations to enhance A314s leadership vibe in a happy/involving way, and IG is a lighter more sociable status mix that is good around younger and younger outlook people. IH is another that greatly enhances A314s trust and closeness aspect. ---

Thanks MoonlightBliss and mobocaster for your advises. $25 gift certificate would be nice so I can get some samples to try… Here is a little more about me 🙂 I am 5’8" male who work in IT fields. I recently got promoted to be a project leader and responsible for the work of programmers and group of software engineers. We have a meeting once a week. Thus, my goal is to gain a respect and make the work go smoothly. I heard about [pheromone](https://a314.com/) for a while from youtube and news and had tried some of them, i.e. Aware, Corp., etc. but didn’t notice much effect. So, I used google to search around and end up here. After read several posts, I feel A314 might be a good one to try but the price is quite high so I start to look for alternative, i.e. IS, IG, etc. but since some said it is worth the price I might get some of A314, IS, IG, and/or IH for testing. Please help!!! I got a $25 couple days ago and tried to use it. When I first applied it, it gave me a discount but then I decided to add more stuffs and remove some stuffs but didn’t place any order yet. Somehow, I got to a invalid GF error page, when I finally tried to place an order. I tried to contact Mickaelia via PM but no response… tried to call the 1-800-671-6464 - always got to a voice mail but no one answer the phone… seems like nobody working there… something seems suspicious here… Is the [androticsdirect.com](http://androticsdirect.com) really legitimate website? Yes, it is legit but they have had a few problems recently. Steve leaving, Mickaelia’s computer failure an a couple other matters have slowed things. You **never** use PMs for order matters because it is not secure enough! Check John’s “Thanks Steve” thread in the Store Forum for details of how to get a message to him directly so he can action it fastest. ---

Hang in there, it’s legit and I’m sure they’ll gladly fix things as fast as they can. I had an issue a few days ago, and Mickaelia fixed it pretty quickly. But these are people, not robots, and they are pretty busy. ---

Welcome Tony, I received no pm from you and that is why it is not secure. Sometimes the pm messages don’t go through. In addition, I think there is a filter system which Steve use to de clog and now that he is no longer with us am not sure how its going to get done. I am up to date with answering gift certificate and voice mail messages and saw nothing from you Please remember am not that clairvoyant, so if you left a vm msg like some ppl do with a name and a # and no order ID#, no more info it gets hard to fid out Usually what I do with these is call them back but I am having some phone issues and can’t receive or make calls Long story short,use the support email system as designed and someone will take care of you for what happened and compensate you for this delay and apparent frustration I do apologize that these series of unfortunate events affected you in such a manner. Finally, got the order yesterday via fedex. The shipping is really good. Received the product quickly but the item was poorly packed. ☹ The items were leaked and only half of A314 left in the bottle. Another one (P102), which i have no idea what it is for since there is no detail or instruction for it, have about 3/4 of the bottle. Could anyone please advice on what is P102 and how I suppose to use? Or are we suppose to mix A314 with P102, perhaps that why it is only 3/4 full? Please advice. Thank you, Tony
