Just wanted to give a warm and hearty hello from Texas.😛 I new to [pheromones](https://a314.com/) and learned about them on another forum. I purchased it as an “experiment” and hope to get hooked on them as other ladies I know have. ---

Hello, welcome to the forum! Tell us a little more about you - what’s your personality like and how/where do you plan to use pheromones? Which one did you purchase? I recently had a divorce after seven years so I am awkward when meeting people. The dating world is so foreign to me right now. I am normally an introvert and very cautious when meeting people initially, so much so, people think I am cold and aloof, but really I am trying to observe so I can react accordingly. Actually I am a very sweet person. I purchased IS/A after researching it for five months. I want to purchase [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) too, but I figured IS/A would be fun! I just saw Honesty but I am on a mission, lol. ---

Might I suggest IO as a steering [pheromone](https://pheromonelabs.com/). As a fellow introvert, I’ve found that my biggest problem is the awkward small talk that precedes actually meeting someone. For that, I’ve found IO to be the best remedy. It lifts mood and generally opens the environment to social chattiness. IH is an interesting counterpart, but more for later on in the dating cycle, when you’re trying to get to know someone really well. All the same, with IS/A you’re in good shape. If you’re of the mind, you can log your experiences in the journal section of the forum, it’s a great way to track the effectiveness of different mixes and doses. Hope to see you around 🙂 ---
