hello i am Jay, i am 28, male living in FL. i was introduced to [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/) by a female that i was hanging out with. the difference in peoples attitude toward me surprised me, and still does to this day. i have tried many different products primal instinct, pherlure, ultra allure, Chikara, and alot others that i can not remember. now im using M-11. i have over dosed more times than i would like to remember or admit. reading this i see there are people who are knowledgeable about this stuff. here are my questions. is wearing m-11 a good idea first of all? if so what situation should i be wearing it in? work, social, or intimate? i have found that using m-11 has made people either really mean to me, ignore me, and/or really nice to me, really attracted to me. all in one day. its like a emotional rollercoaster with different people. since i just bought this product before i found this site, i would like to keep it. i have found that the products that i have used before did not work in social situations. they made women really attracted to me, but it was very clear to see it was me since i was the only guy with 8-10 women surrounding him. so what products do you recommend that works in social situations but goes under the radar? would that product work with m-11? ---

howdy and welcome to the forum! there are a TON of helpful stickies in the men’s forum, and hope to see you swing by the women’s forums. Sounds like you’ve already had some experience with pheromones, so you’ve come to the right place to explore and gather information. Hi Jay Welcome to the forum 🙂 M-11 is a mix of _Androsterone and none_ if I recall correctly. There are no _nols_ in there so this may be why your getting a less social vibe with it. How much are you using ? I suggest try using less and get something with nols in it like [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/) so you can soften it a little. Once you find the correct dosage you know not to go over that. Dont wear it to work without adding nols in it. Also make sure you give yourself a few days per week that you dont wear any pheromones. This way you wont get build up. Of course I think you should give androtic products a try. 😃 I have W1 and W-9 and while they work, they are not as good as the stuff sold here. I think a good start for you would be Ammo, this is a good all round product with a sexy alpha vibe attracts attention. IO which is a Androstenol product and does what it says, this you need for help with your M-11 but its good on its own as well. Instant shine which is a fun mood lifting mix and will also help temper the stronger mixes as well as being good on its own. You can get them in the smartmones store. Try the mens to go section. This way you can test them out with out spending alot of money and see if you like them before you get a big bottle. They have about 40 sprays in them. what cologne do i wear? lol it has changed so much. i wear polo black at the moment. 🙂 ---

You can wear what ever cologne you like but you will find that some diffuse better then others. You dont really need a cover with [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) it smells really yummy. 😉 Tisha ---

i have read the posts on here and i have gone with two bottles. i did take your advice in mind. i just like what the guys were saying bout these two so i am going to try them out. i am going to get ammo later. i was also thinking of TUTH ---
