Yes, there are some pheros that might help. In order to help us off er better advice, can you give us a bit more info about yourself, your personality and your opportunities to use pheros. This also earns you the GC to help get started. 🙂

I’m introverted and socially anxious. I’m looking for mones that help me relax and talk more. I’m mostly interested in mones for self-effects. Have tried Liquid trust in the past, didn’t do much for me.
