Hi my name is Ted, I am from Montreal Canada, and one of my close friends had been checking out [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/) on the internet. I saw this site and forum and noticed how highly active and involved it was, got me curious to making a small order and doing some tests of my own! I am a 23 year old male, looking at purchasing a quantity of Turn Up The Heat, I already got some game of my own looking to give me that little edge 🙂 How much should i spray before going out?🙂 ---

Ted, Hello! Welcome to the forums… Since you’re quite young at 23, you’re likely still producing quite a bit of none naturally. TUTH is a very potent and very forward sexual product. It’s usually reserved for those moments when things between you and the girl have escalated and sex is imminent. If you insisted on using it in a social situation, it would only be appropriate at about 1 spray, and only in a busy club scene where most people have sex on the mind anyway… Otherwise, check out Ammunition. It’s a social/sexy mix that works very very well in a lot of social situations, generates sexual attraction, but also won’t come off as offensive. Then, as things progress, you can ADD a spray of TUTH to crank it up a bit… What are your goals for using pheromones? Just sexual attraction for night game? How much to apply depends on you as an individual. Testing is the key to find your sweet spot… Browse around the forums, do some reading, especially the Sticky threads at the top of each forum. I’d avoid Turn Up The Heat at your age, you’ll be much better off going with Ammo as your sexual (because honestly 1 spray of TUTH is going to be about as much as you want to use, Ammo depending on the situation you can run 1-3 and maybe more and still get similar effects, I’m 28 and I find even a spray of TUTH is gambling still at my age). If I were you, and you are just looking for something for clubs/bars, I’d do this. Ammunition x 2-3 sprays [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) x 3-4 sprays (makes people happier for the most part) P83 x 20-30mcg (give speople the ‘crush’ feeling generally) Edit: oh and welcome to the forum! ---

Welcome Tedanon, This is a super informal and not so tailored response if you will. I would luuuuuuuv to spend more time assisting you especially since you are a newbie.
