Hi. Im new here. Im a 34 year old from Sweden and I’m here because I am curious.. _What do you reccomend as a “start” for new users? Heard a lot good about [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/)+Instant openness._ ---

In order to get you the best advice, can you tell us a bit more about yourself, your situation, your opportunities to use pheros, how you want to influence people and your opportunities to use them. This gives us the info to advise better and earns you the GC to get started. And at 34, Ammo/IO might be a little lightweight. Unless your primary interest is much younger women. ---

I’m off work every other week and want to use [pheromones](https://a314.com/shop/) when off duty (not while on board). I am thinking of using pheromones when socializing with new ppls. Something that makes them really “into” me. My interest is not much younger women 😛. ---

For socializing I’d get [Instant Gentleman](https://a314.com/product/gentleman/) and pair it with Instant Shine, I’d then add Instant Openness or Instant Honesty depending on how you want conversations to go. - Instant Gentleman I find gets people friendly and talking to me, it also gets me a bit more engaging. - Instant Shine gets me out of my shell and gets me making eye contact with people, smiling at strangers, etc and generally makes those around you more happy. - Instant Openness and Instant Honesty both help with conversation, the first gets people just more chatty while Honesty is for more deep and meaningful conversation. ---

I find [Instant Gentleman](https://a314.com/product/gentleman/) is better when I just want to socialize, if you are trying to meet girls and pick them up then sure toss in some Ammo although you might do well at your age with a couple of sprays of Turn Up The Heat. As mobocaster said the Ammo or TUTH is going to matter on the ages of the women you are targeting, if you are targeting women at all. In strictly social situations where I’m not looking to specifically meet a woman I stick to Instant Gentleman. ---

Yes - A little, more blunt sexual might be in order at your age - The suggestions above are all good and a bit of TUTH will be ideal for introducing a sexual edge in the right situations. Also, A314 oil would be a definite consideration for work - Its very low-scent, subtle and long lasting and conveys all the right professional trust/status characteristics. The /b spray is a reasonable try-out but its not so subtle and an application won’t last as long as the oil. A314/TUTH is also the basis of good mature status/sexual mixes that can be good around 30+ women, who are more tuned-in to that kind of signature. ---

Welcome Mariusea, This is a super informal and not so tailored response if you will. I would luuuuuuuv to spend more time assisting you especially since you are a newbie. We are short staffed and these gift certificates are done manually. It takes a great deal and I am back logged. I am hoping that when I catch up on my work, I can start answering these intro threads the way I use to In fact, I am hoping that soon, someone more experienced than me can come in so I get to do what I am great at, customer service.
