Hi, 20 year old male from Canada. I’ve been interested in pheromones for a while, and now I finally have enough cash to give it a try. I’ll probably start with [Instant Honesty](https://a314.com/product/instant-honesty/) and A314 as the reviews for those products seem very positive. It’s mainly to make social interaction at my job smoother and to turn my girlfriend on 🆒 If more experienced users have other suggestions, I would love to hear them. Thanks, A ---

For turning your girlfriend on. Try some TUTH just before heading to the bedroom and [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) when out and about with her (read up on the 3 scents, regular, world and summer (bit different formula with summer)). ---

Welcome arkona! How did you find out about mones if I may ask? A314 can be a bit intesne for a guy your age. Where do you work? In very competitive environments it might work for you, if not I would go with IG, which is considered a lighter version of A314, more suitable for younger folks. For turning on your gf A314 and IH will not do much. Go with Wyatt’s suggestions 🙂 ---

Welcome to Pherotalk! I would definitely go for AMMO if you want to turn on your girlfriend. TUTH is very effective too but only for bedroom. I’ve been using A314 and I love it but it’s very strong and might not fit for every personality. This product is very intimidating and hard to control if you overdose it. To buffer it, I mainly use [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) to put a less serious vibe around me because A314 solo is really too strong. This combo is a must. -GabRulez- ---

Hello, Arkona! Welcome! I agree that [Instant Gentleman](https://a314.com/product/gentleman/) might be a better choice for you in the work environment. A314 is more of a power/status enhancer. Instant Honesty is still a good choice to pair with it, it will make people feel like you are trustworthy. I’m not sure what sort of work environment you are in, but if you’d like more people to feel like chatting with you, I’d suggest Instant Openness. IG, IH, and IO can all be used together. I’d suggest testing them each out separately first, so that you know what each one does, and then you can adjust their levels as needed. Hope this helps! ---
