Hi there, I’m an 18 year old from the U.S. I was wondering what to start off with. I was thinking about just getting a bottle of AMMO and see how it works. ---

Ammo or [Summer Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) is an excellent start at your age - Summer Ammo has two extra molecules that give it a lighter more comforting/feelgood aspect that is better around younger women but if you can run to some IS to use alongside your Ammo, you have an excellent all-round social/sexy/feelgood combo right there. If you can post some more info about yourself, your personality, the sort of girls you want to influence with pheros and your opportunities to use them, we can also give you some better advice and you will earn the GC to help get started. 🙂 ---

I would probably just wear it to school and meetups like the movies. ---

Hello, Bradovw! Welcome! I agree that ammo or summer ammo are a great starter choice for you, as far as attracting girls. If you’re looking to improve the quality of all of your social situations (not just with girls, but with everybody), I’d suggest trying [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/) (that will make people be more social with you) or Instant Honesty (that will improve the quality of your friendships). AMMO is where I started and yes it works very well for general attraction. It actually works on a very broad range of subjects. If you combine with one of the socials like [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) you become the life of the party. What are your intentions with mones?
