Hey guys,

I’m 22 and from Singapore. Personally, I have a rather low self-esteem and also issues breaking the ice with ladies. Currently an undergrad, and hoping to improve communication with ladies. Being a greenhorn with [pheromones](https://a314.com/shop/), I was hoping perhaps some kind souls may share some recommendations on which one to get. [Instant Gentleman](https://a314.com/product/gentleman/) my friend! It’s a status product that boosts yourself esteem. Not a super heavy and serious product like A314 (Alpha CEO vibe), but more suitable for younger folks. Add some instant Instant Shine for a feel good vibe around you. With this combo I’m sure your self-esteem will grow steadily, and people will notice 🙂

Also: Asian ladies like IG - it’s an androsterone based mix. A lot of people say Asians like androsterone mixes better than sexual mixes like Ammo/TUTH.

If purely the communication is a problem, you can also consider IO. Great product to increase small talk and for breaking the ice with people, but conversations will stay pretty ‘empty’ in my experience.

Welcome Wypeon to the forums,  
I agree and disagree with Himeros above but thats because i love A314 and its effects. I do like [Instant Gentleman](https://a314.com/product/gentleman/) and he is right about the effects of IG. You can also use any of the socials to soften the effect of A314 although some members here feel that takes away from the Alpha Male projection it has. I would say get the A314 and Use one of the socials at first and then use A315=4 on its own as you get the hang of it.
