hi so I’ve done some research and decided to be brave and give this a shot. I am really nervous because I had no idea that [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/shop/) in this context were anything other than a ploy used to sell perfume from adam and eve. but wow just reading on here has really opened my eyes a whole new world. I’m a 25 yr old female, I work in sales and am really fascinated and a little overwhelmed. any tips for a first time user? ---

Hi Surprise! I get what you’re saying. For post people, an Ah Ha moment cures their skepticism. I’m going to proactively mention [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) or IO, preferably 2X, just because it offers such a moment. Specifically, 1-2 sprays of the 2X I O should produce a fairly blatant effect that will make you believe that alpha nol is for real. Shine, however, is the more popular overall social. I want to build up my confidence outside of work. when i go out most people seem to be on somewhat… intimidated… for lack of a better word (I assume it has to do with being tall and wearing heels) and I would love to give off more of a social vibe. And of course I wouldn’t mind turning a few heads (especially my boyfriend’s, so i can you know..bright up that electricity between us) ---

I’d think about [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) 30 mL. It decreases many of the social barriers that exist in the electronic age. Very friendly.
