I chanced upon this product and am quite interested to buy one for myself. what will be the recommended to buy for one to boost confidence? Thanks. ---

Hey truetoyourself, welcome to pherotalk. I just want to ask you a few questions. Tell us a little bit about yourself, like what you are looking to do more specifically with [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/). Is that confidence boost for all areas of your life or just for attraction? Business or socially? Where are you from? What’s your age and what is your personality like? If you are looking for general confidence boosts, things like IG and IS are great for that. In business IG/IH/a314 are excellent and for attraction ammo is good for that. Pheromones have different applications so you do you have be a bit more specific. ---

Hi, thanks for the prompt reply. i guess i am quite a reserved guy, would not mind being alone. When i am in a group, i could feel lost at time, thus i will like to be confident and outspoken. So i would think this will be for all areas of my life. It will be for social purposes, not for attraction. i am in my early 20s. ---

Hi truetoyourself and welcome to the forum. I would recommend IG to help you with your confidence and you will come across as more capable. I also would suggest IS to make you and the people you are with feel great and can be mixed with the IG. Mackie ---

Hi mackie72, When you state that IS can be mixed with the IG, do you mean that the two products can be used simultaneously? eg; the same area of the neck ---

Welcome True~! Yes IG and IS can be layered. Just make sure you let the product you apply first dry up a bit before spraying the other one on top of that. You can also just spray on different parts of your neck, there is more skin area there than you think 😉 [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) can also be sprayed to your hair (it’s molecules are not sticky, unlike androstenone and androsterone) - great for diffusion! Furthermore I think the IG+IS will be a good combo for you. Let us know if you have more questions. ---
