I have never used [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/shop/) and am so looking forward to gleaning positive results from various products. As a divorced female in my 40s I’m open to the competitive edge pheros can provide. Based on what I’ve read on this site, seems I can benefit from alllll the mones, lol. Mainly – I’d like to use pheromones that would complement my personality and help to present my best self. Thanks so much 😉 ---

Hi Himeros, thank you for your response. My sis introduced me to mones. Right now I guess I’m just hoping for attraction since the only thing that I know about it is that its helps with that. I intend to use it every day in my day-to-day life. Not sure if that’s ok or if I should only use it for special occasions? I tend to be shy until I get to know people and pretty outgoing once I do get to know them. As of late I feel like I’m attracting the wrong kinds of people in my life and am looking to try things that may bring me luck in attracting a broader, and hopefully better, group of people. ---

At 40 I would always go with A314 as a base. It’s an alpha male blend you can use daily at work to get things done (you’ll get respect and compliance from superioirs and co-workers), but also very effective with attracting ladies in your age range. Self-effects are also very nice; it always gives me a significant confidence boost. I’d try the B spray first to see how the products works for you. Effects of an alcohol based blend are more in-your-face compared to the oil (slower diffusion), so easier to figure out what the product does for a first time user. You can always invest in the oil later. A314 can be steered in a more sexual direction with TUTH. In a more bonding direction with IH. IShine takes off the edge a bit and makes it less intimidating and more approachable. ---

Hi, Thanks for your message. I am female but the other outset is my sister. I used a version of user because I was in the middle of something at the office and changing the numbers was the quickest thing I could think of. Thanks for your hello though. My sis seems to really like pheromones. They’re apparently working well for her. I’m hoping to have the same luck! ---

Ignore my advice on TUTH and A314 - strictly male products. IH and IShine are unisex. For attraction I’d look into [Instant Sexiness](https://phera.com/product/instant-sexiness/). They have two versions. A version is more an alpha girl vibe. B version is more kittenish. ---
