Hi, I am a 33 years old Italian guy, recently moved to California. I have no problem approaching people and talking to them, but I lack confidence when it comes to flirting with women. Hello, Pherome! Welcome! A314 and IH are definitely big favorites around here. They will definitely give you an alpha/respect vibe. If you’re looking for flirtation, this may be a bit more harsh than you’re looking for. I’d suggest taking a look at [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) and TUTH. Both of these combine nicely with A314 and IH, so you could still build on your original idea. Play around and experiment, by all means. I believe it’s been found that Latinas have a good tolerance for TUTH in general. For helping yourself and others be open/talkative, I’d suggest looking into IO. ---

Based on what I read in the forum, A314 + TUTH should be used to ‘spice up’ the night, so I will keep this mix for intimate moments. As a starting point, I could go for A314 + Ammo or A314 + IH. Between IH, A314, and ammo, the only one that is specifically attraction-based is ammo. I don’t know what your workplace is like, you will have to decide if it can stand a little attraction. A314 + IH is practically infallible for work, but might not deliver strong results in the night life. ---
