Hi, I am a female college student in Pittsburgh and recently found this website about [pheromones](https://a314.com/). I’m friendly and people have told me I’m pretty, but sometimes in social situations I seem a little unapproachable (I’m shy). What would you recommend for me? From these threads, I’ve heard ISB and IH are nice. If I wear a spray, it is usually Vanilla Lace fragrance mist . Any advice would be wonderful! Thanks! ---

Welcome! how old are you? Since you said that you tend to be shy, I would recommend Instant openness. You may want to try the to go option if price is an issue. I’m 20. I don’t have any problem continuing a conversation, I just have trouble initiating it sometimes. I’m not opposed to anything sexual, but that isn’t all that I am looking for. ---
