Hi, I just joined because I want to buy some proper “mones”. I’m a 42 year old guy in London UK. I like the sound of A314, I think I might start off with that. ---

Hi Himeros, I’m quite shy actually and I find social situations difficult as I’ve been suffering from chronic fatigue. I just want something that will create a positive vibe around me that makes it easier for me to connect with other people. Having read a few more posts it sounds like A314 probably isn’t for me as it’s difficult for me to express the powerful personality type when I’m struggling with a lack of energy. I feel most drawn to [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) at the moment. Unless I read something on here to change my mind Ill probably start with that. A314 requires the wearer to always initiate in social situations, because it’s quite intimidating to the people around you. If you’re struggling with social anxiety / low energy, no I wouldn’t recommend it. You will gain some confidence from self-effects, but will only isolate yourself from the people around if you don’t constantly put in the effort and show them it’s ok to talk to you. IShine would be a great first buy. It creates a feel good vibe around you, making you look more approachable. It also has energizing and moodlifting self-effects. I’d wait for my GC and order a to-go IO as well. It’s an amazing social lube. Alpha androstenol makes people chatty - including yourself. If you apply too much people seriously can’t stop talking to you. I’s a lot of fun to observe and will help you feel connected to the world again. ---
