I’m 22, I’m new with pheromones and I’m really excited I just bought [Instant Gentleman](https://a314.com/product/gentleman/) and Instant Shine, I want them to get a better perception from my coworkers that think because I’m younger I’m just playing or something like that.  
?Have you try them?, I’m also looking for a second order for something that can help me get more attention from women any advice? Not only for “sexual attraction” but also to get some female friends.

If you are not looking for a lot of attraction/sexuality, P74 is an excellent friendly phero - Suggest you go for around 10mcg per spray to start with and dose somewhere in the 20-40mcg range. If you want to use it in an attraction mix, keep it below 30mcg total.

It is also fully usable with IG and IS - which is a good start for a younger guy.

If you want a product with a warranty, IO is also a good one and fully usable with the above - promotes a light, bright happy/chatty feel and again, won’t conflict with any of these.

[Summer Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) is also a good all-round light social/laid-back/masculine and lightly sexual product, again very compatible with all the above and well suited to younger guys. 🙂

One more thing, there’s a girl I like and I want to approach her in the gym (since is the only place I see her), do you know if being sweaty causes any problem or diminishes the effect? Thanks!
