Hello,

I am new to the forum and [Pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/shop/) in general. Considering getting A314 for work (corporate setting). Just interested in more respect in the workplace, hoping this will do just that. From what I have read, it sounds like A314 is the best bet. Hoping this will come handy when I am in a room full of very experienced people while negotiating a salary soon.

Hi there,

yes A314 is brilliant. My favourite [pheromone product](https://a314.com/shop/) ever. However - it can be sometimes difficult to work with, as you really MUST be completely congruent with its powerful signature. People will have higher expectations than before, and will be more disappointed if you’re not meeting them. Also, some people in positions higher than your own, may find you threatening. I was literally fired from a job (as a chef) when the boss seemed very obviously uncomfortable around me whenever I wore A314. I was no threat as he owned the place and I was only hired for a certain time, and was perfect for the job, got on with all the staff very well etc. Now I’m out of there and on a higher position elsewhere, and we’re good friends with that guy.

Anyway - please forgive my ramble - I highly recommend A314, just reminding that you have to get all your mindset, body language etc tuned in harmony with it. You may want to combine it with IH, P74, IS (either one or any) to built deeper rapport with people around, so all the respect comes with trust, bond and them being comfortable in your company. One more option is to consider IG as a lighter alternative, less demanding of the user.
