If you are experimenting with the UPIP, then I guess it’ll take some time, just like what pudleduk has stated above, for both you and the mones to sink in with each others.
In fact, I will suggest for you to check pudleduk’s journal, since both of you belong to the same age bracket, I imagine his experiences holds some answers and directions that might be proven useful for your own experimentation.
